CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fuel – Fuel level is full upon delivery and must be returned full.
Freight – Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with the rental. (Delivery and return)
Maintenance – Customer is responsible for all maintenance pursuant to the manufacturer’s specifications, which includes, but is not limited to oil and filter changes, lubrication, and necessary adjustments. An operator’s manual will be provided.
Wear Parts - All wear parts are the responsibility of the customer. If new wear parts need to be installed at the end of the rental period, the customer will be charged accordingly. Grinder inserts, mulcher and stump grinder teeth will be replaced at the expense of the customer. The mill, rotor or wheel will be restored to the same condition it was received (rods, hammers, inserts, teeth, tooth holders, hard facing, etc.)
Clean Up – Equipment is free from mud and debris and must be returned in the same condition.
Proper Use / Non-Abuse – Customer shall make certain that the equipment is used only for the manufacturer’s intended purpose, and that all operators are familiar with proper operation procedures.
Insurance – Customer shall have insurance to cover damage to or loss of the equipment for any reason, including but not limited to negligence, fire, theft, vandalism, improper use, or improper maintenance. Customer must provide CEC with a certificate of insurance listing CEC as loss payee for the full value of the equipment as stated in this agreement.
Damage – Customer shall be responsible for all damage and loss sustained by equipment or arising out of its use due to non-compliance with this agreement. Excessive wear will be considered damage and charged accordingly to the customer.

CEC reserves the right to end rental agreements at any time if the terms set forth are not met by thy customer or if the machine is SOLD.
